Construction Begins on The Servants, Inc. Building on South St. Charles Street

July 29, 2020 -- Ferdinand, IN – Servants, Inc., located on the north side of Jasper has outgrown their facility and partnered with Seufert Construction on a design/build project to expand their operations on the south side of Jasper on South Saint Charles Street.

Discussions began in early 2020 and the previous relationship John Besaw had with Brian & Scott on previous construction projects, led him back to Progressive Investment & Seufert Construction to assist in the development planning of this expansion.

Seufert Construction will oversee the workforce including engineers, suppliers, subcontractors and perform sitework, the general construction, plumbing/HVAC and electrical systems for the construction of the new 34,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
