Brian Tretter



Brian has been with Seufert Construction since 1990 when he started as a part-time field laborer during the summer months and holiday breaks. After graduating from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business, he was hired as the company's controller and became a partner in 2001. As President, Brian is responsible for the overall operations of the business including the formulation and implementation of plans and policies, ensuring profitable growth, and fulfilling the company's commitment to customers, employees, vendors, and the communities we serve. Brian is actively involved in the community serving on various Boards and Committees including the Dubois County Community Foundation, VU Jasper Campus Foundation, Advisory Council Member of Butler Manufacturing, Tri-County YMCA Finance Committee and the Ferdinand Community Endowment. When he's not at the office or attending a meeting, Brian spends time with his wife, Jill, and their three sons - Evan, Tyler, and Conner - enjoying the children's activities, traveling, and the outdoors.

Scott Tretter

Vice President


With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott is well-poised to oversee your project. Upon graduating from Purdue University with a BS in Construction and Engineering, Scott began his career with the company as Project Manager until becoming a partner in 2001. As Vice President, Scott oversees and manages the company's overall business operations including sales, project development, design, engineering and estimating. Scott often works directly with the customers, employees and vendors to see a project through from conception to completion. Scott serves on the Scenic Hills Care Center Advisory Council, Kiwanis of Ferdinand, the Ferdinand Knights of Columbus, and is a Junior Achievement Educator. Scott and his wife Theresa have three children - Lauren, Katelyn, and Garrett. An avid outdoorsman, Scott enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and helping people achieve greater goals in life. .

Kyle Chase



As Chief Financial Officer for Seufert Construction and its subsidiary companies, Kyle oversees all financial aspects of the businesses including accounting, financial reporting, banking and business growth. With a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana, Kyle has over 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax and compliance and three years of construction experience. Kyle is a member of the AICPA and Indiana CPA society. Kyle enjoys spending his free time being outdoors, hunting and fishing, going to sporting events, and spending time with his wife, Meagan and three boys, Nolan, Everett, & Beckett . 

Chuck Recker

Project Manager


Chuck is in charge of leading, managing, and safely executing all construction aspects of a project including assessment, pricing, documentation and coding, client and subcontractor communication, and review and recommendation of design options in accordance with budget and schedule. Chuck has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, the last 11 of them in project management. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Indiana State University. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, playing cards and having fun with friends. Chuck is married to his better half, Cindy, and has two sons Aaron and Andrew.

Brandon Betz

Project Manager


Brandon is in charge of leading, managing, and safely executing all construction aspects of a project including assessment, pricing, documentation and coding, client and subcontractor communication, and review and recommendation of design options in accordance with budget and schedule. Prior to becoming project manager, Brandon spent eight years with the company in various field roles including supervisor where he managed significant projects, guided the field team, and provided consistent communication to the client. He holds an AS degree in Construction Technology Management from Vincennes University. While Brandon considers himself a pretty hard worker, he takes time for the finer things in life too. He loves the water, hunting, snow skiing, bicycling, exercising and spending time with his family, including his wife Abby and two sons, Pete & Clavin & their dog, Murray.

Lisa Schroering

Construction Operations Mgr.


With 20 + years in the construction industry, Lisa works daily with the project owners and architects managing and processing the coordination of construction progress documentation. Lisa also works hand in hand with the project managers and sub-contractors ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete for projects currently in progress. Lisa handles payroll, human resources and overall company safety. In her free time, Lisa is never found sitting still, she enjoys traveling both in and out of the county with her husband, Paul Schroering, attending concerts (her passion is Kid Rock), jeeping, geocaching, and volunteering for her community and church. Lisa is the proud mother of 2 children, recently married Katie Reuber and the late, Benton Kluesner.

Luke Wehr



Luke's primary focus as estimator includes calculating project scope and estimates for cost, hours, and other key elements of a project.  A graduate of Indiana State University with a BS in Construction Technology, Luke has nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry having worked in various capacities here at Seufert Construction. Luke is an active member of the Dubois County Builders Association, the Jasper Outdoor Rec, and enjoys coaching youth sports. When he isn’t working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his family, which includes his wife Brooke, and three children, Olivia, Abby, and Jake.

Tom Reyling

Senior Designer


Tom provides all functional design services primarily focused on the preparation of drawings for architectural designs, building plans, site development plans, and project specifications. He also assists in maintaining CAD systems and integrating the latest design technology into all of our projects. Tom has 45 years of knowledge and experience in the design/engineering industry. He is a graduate of Vincennes University with an AS in Architectural Drafting Technology and Ball State University with a BS in Urban and Regional Studies and a Minor in Political Science. Tom and his wife Theresa are the parents of Heather, Katie, and Andrew and the proud grandparents of Cassidy and Courtney.

Jessica Lindauer

Marketing Manager


Jessica joined the Seufert team and subsidiary companies in 2016 to assist with marketing and advertising. She is responsible for the company's online presence, social media platforms, graphic design, public relations, and corporate signage for all companies. With several years of experience in marketing and sales, Jessica understands the importance of online presence and is continuously trying to improve the digital footprints of all the companies. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys relaxing at the lake, traveling, reading and sped spending time with her husband, Doug and two children Wesley and Alexa. 

Bonnie Lane

Access Storage Now


With over 22 years of experience in customer service, Bonnie joined Access Storage Now in 2018 as the corporate customer service specialist. She volunteers in her community and church and enjoys spending time with her husband Brent and two children, Lexie and Colin. In her spare time, Bonnie likes to go boating, cruising the countryside in their ’57 Chevy & cheers on the Kentucky Wildcats during basketball season.

Trisha Boehm

Seufert Construction


Trisha has over 15 years of experience in customer service and finance bringing administrative support for Seufert's construction operations. She also assists with data entry for accounts payable, payroll and equipment administration. She received her associate's degree in marketing management from VUJC. Trisha enjoys spending time traveling with her husband Matt and daughter Hallie. She spends her free time being creative with refinishing, re-purposing and creating new home decor and furniture.

Debbie Bays

Access Storage & Progressive Investment 


Debbie has been employed with Seufert Construction for almost 20 years. She currently manages the Real Estate properties for Access Storage, Progressive Investment Company, and Progressive Development Company – all sister companies of Seufert Construction – maintaining all accounting functions as well as overseeing daily operations. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.  Along with her husband James, they have two children, Trenton and Dylan.
