May 8, 2006 -- Tell City, IN – A groundbreaking ceremony was conducted May 4th for the new Chicago’s Pizza restaurant being built at 1023 Payne Street in Tell City.  Representatives from the City and Chamber of Commerce joined members of the Seufert Construction team in congratulating owners Jerrad Epple, Ron Epple and Dave Childers in their most recent endeavor.  The beautiful new location will feature a brick, stone and glass exterior while the interior will include an open ceiling design accented by unique finishes and comfortable seating.

Seufert Construction, who is providing the turn-key design and construction for the project, formed a partnership with the owners during the site selection phase of the project in late 2005.  According to Kevin Tretter P.E., Vice President and Project Manager for Seufert  Construction, “Jerrad, Ron and Dave are a testament to what hard work and true commitment to customer service can do for a small business.  We are fortunate to be a partner in the growth that is a result of the great work they are doing.”
