Former owner Mike Kluesner has announced his retirement from Seufert Construction after 41 years of service to the company both as owner and employee.  Kluesner began his career with Seufert-related companies in 1971 and was an owner of Seufert Construction from 1984 through 2010 when he sold his portion of the business to partners Brian Tretter and Scott Tretter.

"For many years, Mike has played an integral role in the development and success of our company and the customers we serve," said Brian Tretter, president of Seufert Construction.  "We sincerely congratulate him on his retirement and thank him for the dedication, leadership and knowledge he has provided to our company through the years."

Said Kluesner, "I have thoroughly enjoyed my lifelong career with Seufert Construction and have seen this industry, and specifically our company, grow and evolve over the last 41 years to where we are today.  As I reflect on the past, I am truly proud to have been a part of this organization."

A congratulatory open house event is slated for April 5 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Foxy Hollow in Ferdinand.  Friends, customers and anyone who has worked with Mike over the years are invited to attend.  For directions and more information, call 367.1340.
