Get to know the pre-construction & project delivery team
Brian, an owner of Seufert Construction, leads the strategic planning and oversight of company. He is responsible for ensuring profitable growth, and fulfilling the company's commitment to customers, employees, vendors, and the communities served. After graduating from the IU Kelly School of Business, he was hired as the company's controller and became a partner in 2001. Brian is actively involved in the community serving on various Boards and Committees including the Dubois County Community Foundation, VU Jasper Campus Foundation and the Ferdinand Community Endowment. He and his wife, Jill, are active members of Redemption Christian Church and spend much of their free time with their three sons, Evan, Tyler and Conner.
Kyle, a partner in Seufert Construction along with Brian and Scott, oversees all aspects of pre-construction, including the sales, estimating and design functions along with identifying new customers and market growth opportunities. Kyle also manages all financial aspects of the construction company. With a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana, Kyle has over 10 years of experience in finance and five years of construction experience. Kyle is a member of the AICPA, Indiana CPA society and sits on the board of Dubois Strong. Kyle enjoys spending his free time being outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his wife, Meagan and three boys, Nolan, Everett, & Beckett.
Luke has 20 years of construction experience with Seufert and has worked in numerous roles for the company over that time. His primary focus is overseeing quantitative estimating of potential and active projects. A graduate of Indiana State University with a BS in Construction Technology, Luke is an active member of the Dubois County Builders Association, the Jasper Outdoor Rec, and enjoys coaching youth sports. When he isn’t working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his family, which includes his wife Brooke, and three children, Olivia, Abby, and Jake.
After 10 years of working in the field with Seufert Construction & leading projects as a job site foreman, Luke transitioned into the office to assist the pre-construction team. He graduated from Indiana State University with a BS in Construction Technologies. Luke has a passion for land management and detailed craftsmanship and in his spare time enjoys cooking and exploring with his beautiful wife Sarah and two sons, Kade & Colin. A quote that has influenced Luke states, “I’ll create good habits and become a slave to them.” – Mandino
Tom has 45 years of knowledge and experience in the design/engineering industry, assisting the pre-construction team by preparing drawings for architectural designs, building & site development plans & project specs. He also assists in maintaining CAD systems and integrating the latest design technology into our projects. He is a graduate of Vincennes University with an AS in Architectural Drafting Technology and Ball State University with a BS in Urban and Regional Studies and a Minor in Political Science. Tom and his wife Theresa are the parents of Heather, Katie, and Andrew and the proud grandparents of Cassidy and Courtney.
Jessica joined the Seufert team and subsidiary companies to assist with marketing and advertising. She is responsible for the company's online presence, social media platforms, graphic design, public relations, and corporate signage for all companies. Jessica understands the importance of online presence and is continuously trying to improve the digital footprints of all the companies. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys relaxing at the lake, traveling, reading and spending time with her husband, Doug and three children Wesley, Alexa & Patrick.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott provides a wealth of knowledge working directly with the customers, employees, and vendors to see a project through from conception to completion. He graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Construction and Engineering and began his career as Project Manager until becoming a partner in 2001. Scott oversees and manages the company's field workforce and is responsible for scheduling, training and development of the employees. Scott serves on the Scenic Hills Care Center Advisory Council, Kiwanis of Ferdinand, the Ferdinand Knights of Columbus, and is a Junior Achievement Educator. Scott and his wife Theresa have three children - Lauren, Katelyn, and Garrett. An avid outdoorsman, Scott enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and helping people achieve greater goals in life.
Lisa leads our project delivery functions. This includes everything that happens between the time a contract is awarded; the work is complete, and the warranty period has passed. Lisa has over 25 years of experience in construction operations, payroll, human resources, and overall safety. In her free time, Lisa is never found sitting still, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Paul Schroering, attending concerts (particularly Kid Rock), jeeping and geocaching. Lisa is an active volunteer for her community and church and serves as a committee member for the Precious Angels of Dubois County. Lisa is the proud mother of 2 children, Katie Reuber and the late, Benton Kluesner. She recently became a grandmother to Aubree Reuber and looks forward to the adventures they will get into.
Chuck is in charge of leading, managing, and safely executing all construction aspects of a project. Chuck has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, the last 11 of them in project management. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Indiana State University. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, playing cards and having fun with friends. Chuck is married to his better half, Cindy, and has two sons Aaron and Andrew.
Brandon is in charge of leading, managing, and safely executing all construction aspects of a project. Prior to becoming project manager, Brandon spent eight years with the company in various field roles. He holds an AS degree in Construction Technology Management from Vincennes University. Brandon loves the water, hunting, snow skiing, bicycling, exercising and spending time with his family, including his wife Abby, sons Pete and Calvin & dog, Murray.
Trisha has over 15 years of experience in customer service and finance bringing administrative support for Seufert's construction operations. She also assists with data entry for accounts payable, payroll and equipment administration. She received her associate degree in marketing management from VUJC. Trisha enjoys spending time traveling with her husband Matt and daughter Hallie. She spends her free time being creative with refinishing, re-purposing, and creating new home decor and furniture.
